Supreme Court Agrees to Decide Google v. Oracle:
“The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) has agreed to decide whether Google should have to pay Oracle billions of dollars for infringing on its copyright of 37 Java APIs Google used in its Android operating system.”
If the Supreme Court bizarrely rules in Google’s favor – it’s a green light for every IP thief everywhere.
Including Google’s cohorts Communist China and Apple.
And given Google’s track record – and the larcenous company it keeps….

“Java is ‘free and open’ – which means any and everyone can use it.
“With two conditions:
“You either make free and open – i.e. public – what you developed atop the Java base.
“Or
“You get a license from Oracle to use their Java.
“And here’s a surprise:
“Often, Oracle charges literally nothing for the license.
“All you have to do – is keep the Java software you use compatible. You cannot do anything to it – that might make it no longer play well with Java.
“Google – shocker – did none of the above. They took Oracle’s Java, remade it in their image – and then began playing hide and seek with the courts.”
What did Google use Java to make? A little thing they like to call Android – their operating system (OS).

Google’s theft of Oracle’s Java – has been a very profitable heist.
Which makes Oracle’s remuneration request – seem exceedingly miniscule.
Google Stole Android and Probably Made a Trillion – They Should Pay Oracle Nine Billion:
“(A) near-decade-and-a-half of Google’s illicit use of Oracle’s property – has led to Google making…probably…hundreds of billions of (a trillion-plus?) dollars.
“There’s the direct sale of Android devices. But that ain’t nothing.
“Then add in the inconceivable amounts of data Google has collected from its hundreds of millions of (a billion-plus?) Android users.
“Access to which Google has spent the last thirteen years – selling the daylight out of to advertisers.
“The latter – is orders of magnitude more money than the direct sale of Android devices.”
Google stole Oracle’s Java.
And created with it their monster data-grabbing, money-printing Android operating system.
Google has a LONG history of theft.
Including a LONG history of larcenous collaboration with Communist China.
And now has a brand new larcenous collaboration – with fellow longtime-Communist-China-collaberator Apple.
EVERYTHING about Google – says Google is guilty.
Most importantly of all – the facts of the Oracle case say Google is guilty.
The Supreme Court’s decision – should be for Oracle.
And it really shouldn’t be a difficult one.
